Convening Circles

Convening Circles are small groups of people (5-6) who come together to discuss, share, and learn from each other and their experiences of transition at many different intersections in life. Each convening circle sorts through an array of varying experiences shared by Circle members and together select a specific topic on which the Circle will focus for the remaining sessions. One of our facilitators serves as a guide ensuring participants have opportunities to express themselves in a trusted and safe environment. The guide presents guidelines that are discussed and agreed upon by the Circle members. These guidelines include asking open, honest questions in order to explore and discover new ideas and possibilities. All Circle members are invited to share in the co-creation of the group’s knowledge and experiences. The experience ensures a safe and adventurous process with the best possible outcomes for all.
